That’s a great video, I’m going to be remaking my tandoor soon; however, I never thought to season it the first time.
Nice video, I made my own tandoor out of a clean oil drum, castor wheels, clay pots and vermiculite. Sadly it didn't survive my house move and I never got round to fixing it.
What is the size of this particular one you got? In Canada we get Puri Tandoors and they come in 3 different sizes.
