Since someone asked, The odds of this happening were: in 20 cases he got 2 purples, 15 blues and 3 golds (none were StatTrack) => 0,8^15 x 0,15^2 x 0,00255^3 = 1,3x10^-8 = 0,000000013 = 0,00000013%. To get the likeliness of the Event: 1/0,000000013 = 78.923.076 => The chance of this happening was 1 out of ~79 Million.
Please if I made a mistake with putting a comma in the incorrect place tell me and I'll fix it.
A more general equation: p is the likelyhood for getting a gold (0,255%) and q is the anti-event, which means all odds of not getting a knife (99,745%). => p^3 x q^17 = 0,00255^3 x 0,99745^17 = 1,58x10^-8 => 1/1,58x10^8 = 62,9 Million => so even in the most generous of all events (so when its completely irrelevant what he gets in 20 cases except the 3 golds) its still a chance of 1 out of ~63 Million.

never forget the million people who spend over 1,000 on gatcha games for characters that don't even hold real life currency. CSGO is the best game to put money into because there is a chance of getting more than what you paid for. Even getting small skins are still worth cents rather than characters that aren't worth anything.
