Thank you for the video. We just bought this car seat yesterday for our 8-month-old. She appears to be uncomfortable in the rear-facing position because it is quite upright. I thought I was doing everything correct because it was flat to the seat and the ball was in the correct area. However, my older sons, who are 14 and 16, immediately noticed that she looked uncomfortable in her new seat when I picked them up from school today. I plan to try using a pool noodle or towel tomorrow to see if that helps!
We were having trouble with rear facing our 11mo old. We were getting the recline for rear facing in the blue zone but our child looked uncomfortable and knew that he probably needed to be reclined better due to how up right he was sitting. I had no clue about the towel and pool noodle. We purchased this seat because we needed 3 across. Very helpful video!!
I had issues with my rear facing seat for my suv fitting in the blue no matter which way it was reclined simply because of seat design with an incline going at a slope instead of fitting flat. To get it in the blue I would need another level after 1 😂 so I just had to work with what I got and tightened it as much as I could with out it moving side to side or forward and back. It’s very tight and secure but barely fitting in the blue on the level.
@@CarSeatSite yes! this the only car seat I have trouble with but the other Graco car seats such as the infant one and booster gave me no trouble. Just this one convertible in the rear facing mode took both me and my husband using weight to secure it.
Thank you for the video.
