i enjoyed seeing you again. All your cross-stitch progress is beautiful. Can't wait to see you again.
Thank you so much! 🥰
I enjoyed watching you today.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful stitching ❤
Thank you for watching🥰
Hey, Sheila! Great to see you again. I’ve added to my Stitchy wishlist again. 😄 Love your idea to create a Crow River Stitcher sign. Love anything with a crow. Looking forward to your WIP parade. Got my paper and pen ready. 😆 Take care. Stay well.
So glad you found some goodies!❤️
You have such lovely projects. I enjoyed your video. Can’t wait to see your wip parade.
Thank you! Excited to go through all my WIPs
So much progress, just so worth having a sore tush and stitching for hours…lol, those samplers are just gorgeous looking and love your pillow finish too. Happy Stitching
Thank you! As long as I don’t start getting bed sores.
So many beautiful projects…I love them all!
You are always so sweet ❤️ thank you
Shelia...thanks for sharing your lovely stitching and finishing...best wishes ❤❤
Thank you for watching and commenting😍
The pumpkin and raven project will look great on that fabric.
Thanks! I will continue on
Sheila! Greetings from Dallas! I also am so excited to get one of your flosstubes! So, thank you! I love the idea you have for stitching a Crow River Stitcher sign for your craft room. Excellent!! Also really looking forward to your WIP Parade! Hope you’re staying cool this summer!!
You are so welcome! Thank you for watching! It has been a cool rainy summer so far, but the heat is on its way and I’m ok with that! 😂
I love all your projects. The pumpkin and raven are going to be beautiful on your dyed fabric. I like seeing all your projects and seeing all the progress you make and the different finishes. I bought several patterns on etsy, too, plus all the ones from 123 Stitch.
Thanks! I hope the fabric works, I’ll try a few more colors on it. Thank you for watching
Love the project bag idea with the Aida panel. I also think your pumpkin and raven will be fine when you add all the darker colors. ❤❤❤
Thanks, hoping so because I don’t want to start over😂
Love your stitching! For just starting your projects are amazing!
Thank you so much!
Hello from Tennessee! I'm spending my lunch time with you after a very hot morning in the garden. 😄. I think the Halloween Raven will look great! The darker outside edge of the pumpkin will make it pop. Your work looks great! Your "All things great and small" stitch is just adorable! Thank you for sharing your work. ❤❤❤
Thank you for being here and commenting❤️ I bet it is hot down there!
So glad to see another video from you. You seem to have gotten a bunch of stitching done. Love the pillow finish with the crochet trim. Great idea! I think l know what you were talking about when stitching those flowers on the bee pattern. I feel the same when I have a lot of repetition on a pattern. It's exciting to start stitching, but gets not so exciting after a while. The stitch you finished for your daughter is pretty. I'm sure she will treasure it for a long time. Looking forward to your future WIP parade.
Thanks for all the encouragement ❤️
Okay I 🧡 the pumpkin and 🐦⬛. I want to see the dye process on the yellow fabric!!! And project bag.
I will add that to my list of video ideas ❤️
I love the chain trim. I love to crochet and have never thought of that.
Super easy and effective❤️
Your pillow is wonderful and I forget about your chain cording, I need to try that!! Looks great!
Thank you! It is so easy and inexpensive❤️
Hello our lovely Sheila. I think your colors on that gold material will be fine once you start really filling it in. Once again, I love your earrings. I am the same way when it comes to what something will turn out to be. It never seems to be as great as the time leading up to it. Love all y
Hi!! Yes building things up and what reality gives us can be two different things🤪
Oh, and your last episode got me to order January's Prairie Schooler - which I started on Friday the 5th and I should be finishing it by tomorrow morning. :) Addictive.
Wow you cruised on that!!🥰
Thank you for sharing your stitching.❤
You are so welcome!
I'm going to try your idea of a simple crochet chain glued around a small pillow. You make it look so good. Thanks for the great idea.
You are welcome, just use a small hook and tight tension
For the raven, I recommend looking at the colors on the outer edge of the pumpkin. If they show well, the pumpkin will look great! I would love to see a bag making tutorial from you. 😊
Yes, I hope the edges will pop! Thanks for the encouragement
A tutorial for project bags would be awesome. Love your dress...its very colorful ❤
Thank you! I love bright colors❤️
The way you described your outlook on life reminded me of Anne of Green Gables!
She is how my spirit is❤️
Love the crochet chain trim idea, thanks. I would enjoy a video on your project bag process. I am not sure the pumpkin will show on that beautiful gold fabric and that is a lot of stitching. I agree you need to stitch more before making a final decision.
Thank you! Hope it works❤️
Yeah the pumpkin and crow will be good. Continue on that fabric. I had a similar problem with a design but it turned out good
I am hoping that is the case🥰
I love your earrings! And they are so perfect with what you have on :)
Thank you! I love earrings they are my fav accessory
For your monthly Prairie Schoolers, you could leave off the bottom section of each of them and they'd fit better in your calendar box.
That probably would be a good idea but now I do t want to redo them😂 there just won’t be much of a border around them, going to try to mount January this week and see how it looks
I’d love to see a project bag tutorial. I too get very depressed after Christmas because there’s such a buildup and then nothing. The best thing is when you have an unexpected fun time with family or friends!
Always happened to me as a mom of four. So much shopping for gifts, wrapping, planning, preparing - and then is't over so quick 😳 🎄🎅🏼🎅🏼
It can be such a let down after all is said and done! Then time goes by and then the memories are cherished
Your pumpkin with raven would look great on the fabric you’re using for your Corbett one. Would love to see your tutorial.
That would be a good color❤️
I love the gold linen for the crow...I think the colors will be fine....I thought maybe you could do a little backstitch where the pumpkin might blend with the gold....😊
That is a great option if it does blend too much.
Pillow is beautful.
Thank you
You have some great projects.
I would do a little more on the pumpkin & see how it looks.
Marilyn
Thank you! I’ll continue a little more and see how it looks
Yarn in crochet chain stitch, what a great idea for trim. Thank you!
You are welcome😍
I believe that with all the different hues of oranges and yellow with darker accents . . . it will be wonderful. It's not as if the one color that has been stitched is the be all to end all. Go for it!
Thanks! I’ll solider on
Hi - I would love to see a project bag tutorial using your cross stitch :) ou have been so busy!! Love that raven stitch - I think once the pumpkin outline is done, you will be able to tell if it stands out enough so I would start there - it could be fine! I'm sure you can get a hoody company to take a photo of your stitch for a fab transfer :) Happy stitching
That is a great idea about the hoodie! I think I even have fabric transfers that I could try running through my printer.
@@TheCrowRiverStitcher good luck!!
I would love to see how you make projects bags. Thank you!
Will do!!🥰
So good to see what you are up to. I love the raven and pumpkin on the fabric you choose but go with your gut, if you’re not happy then it will be a long stitch. I’m always surprised that you’ve only been stitching since November. Lol, I still think we’re cousins, I’m a rule follower also. How is your foot?!?
My foot is all better! That took a solid month to be able to walk comfortably 😬 thank for asking❤️
@@TheCrowRiverStitcher glad to hear that your mended :)
I'm not a bobbin using (except for one's given to me) because of storage problem that you didn't touch on. If you fill the little sections of the box full then you can hurt your cuticles trying to get them out. Also if you then get new colors you have to rearrange all of them. Also if you don't fill the sections enough they fall over and you can't see what is in there and it's hard to get out. I use floss away bags but of course it has it problems too. Maybe you will touch on this when you do that video. Why are the bags 5" when the skiens are 6"? And why isn't there some better way to store them together (like the bobbin boxes)?
I have been trying to figure out a good storage system for myself and will update when I get it figured out, so many options out there
I'm having trouble with the link to your website, says nothing available for purchase? I love your bags, would like to purchase more!
Hi! They sold out, but I add new designs every week. If you follow my shop you get get a notification when I post new ones
Good morning
