A bit of an unfortunate character, often regarded as the worst EX character and overall worse than OG Potemkin. Nitro Hook looks so cool if you can combo that thing, rather than doing a rekka into a basically non-lethal HPB.
What exactly makes him worse? I demolish with EX Pot in online lobbies with friends. Having the EX heat knuckle and the parry plus two insane supers seems like a major improvement right? What am I missing here
@@stitchball3698 There's a pretty good video breaking down EX Potemkin. Its main point is that EX Potemkin lost most of the gatlings that helped OG a lot (mainly used for hiding charges). Also, Nitro Hook rekka deals no damage and dares to be the only way to use HBP.
