Customer claims injector is leaking from the body - We find no such thing

From the pictured supplied when reaching out to us, it seemed obvious the leak was coming from something other than from the body of the injector. Customer said it was not the installation and wanted to see proof that a brand new Bosch injector was not leaking, so we put it on the flow bench to verify. All outside elements of the install have been eliminated and Just the injector supplied is tested for leaks. Suspicions have been confirmed that the leak has to do with the installation and not from a faulty injector.

Kudos. Personally 6 bar, makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. (Ive seen a few videos of hydraulic injury aftermaths).

You should see our GDI machines. They run testing at up to 450 bar of pressure 😲
