Hi mate excellent video again just a couple of questions if you can help when you cut the bottom v out did you cut just one side out let's say from the centre line then one of the angled lines or did you you cut down both angled lines to remove the hole v as it just went off camera as you started to cut. 2. Can I use this formula for conduit 20mm and 25mm uk going over a 10cm/100mm obstruction using 22.5 degree this would give me the same travel as the tray but without the v cutting thanks mate keep the videos coming they are very helpful and thanks for sharing 👍
1.if you are to do a overlapping joint you can cut 1 side only and fold in order to form a bend.if you are to joint them with seperate plate you can cut the v shape all along and joint them by a plate puting inside the tray. 2.yes you can apply to conduit hope that can help
Yung tatlong bali for example 10cmx10cm na cable tray, isang 45 degree at dalawang 22.5 degree ang bending mo dun .so ang magiging marking mo ay 4cm para sa 45deegre at 2cm para 22.5 degree yun yung v-cut shape niya
@@electricalinsider2536 ibig kung sabihin brad bha na tatlong 90° bend paano mag sukat non na wla nang putol2x sa cable tray..isang buo na cable tray bha na wla nang putol2x
Sin Ø=opposite/Hypotenuse Cos ø=Adjacent/Hypotenuse Tan ø=opposite/Adjacent Example 30degree bend for 100 mm size tray Use this V cut formula Tan (bending degree/2)*Tray size =Tan(30/2)*100 =tan (15)*100 =26.79 =27mm
If you want to bend 22.5 degree
(tray width 100 mm)-> 100/tan((180-22.5)/2)=19.89 mm
(height 100mm) -> 100/sin22.5 =261.3 mm
Superb
Gawa kapa ng marami brad nanb marami kanh matulongan sa pamamagitan ng pag upload mo... Salamat
Sige sir,pag my time ako busy din po kc ako sa trabho sideline ko lang din ang vlogging para sa mga gustong matuto
@@electricalinsider2536 ok brad salamat po...
Where exactly does the 2.5cm come from?
100 mm thickness?..or you mean its height?..height is different from thickness
thanks
Nice demonstration brad... Thanks 👌👌👌

Excellent thank you 👍
Nice
My name Dinesh your good experience friend
Is this solution applicable to cable trays with a height of 5 cm?
Yes indeed you can applied
sir paano kung 150×300 ladder tray 90°vertical and horizontal position thank you in advance...
How can I get the travel measurement
Try android app Simple Offset Pro ;)
How many mak baryes ban
Galing mo pre
Saan mo nakuha ung 26.1 brad ?
Akala ko ba 22.5 ung offset. ? Bat ung last video naging 10cm ?
Thanks pare
Thanks Pare, very well explained.

Youre struggling in English. Try Music only audio then use subtitle. maybe it will be better.
Brad paano yun tatlong bali na walang putol or tatlong 90° bend na walang putol? Pwedo po paki demonstrate brad...

Sin Ø=opposite/Hypotenuse
Cos ø=Adjacent/Hypotenuse
Tan ø=opposite/Adjacent
Example 30degree bend for 100 mm size tray
Use this V cut formula
Tan (bending degree/2)*Tray size
=Tan(30/2)*100
=tan (15)*100
=26.79
=27mm
why bending degree divide by 2..can u explain clearly
What is 2.5????
Divident you can devide if you want to find a cutting for tray this applies to 45 degree offset or 90 degree cable tray
tinde may mga sine sine pa.. mathematician..
This is not clearly your formula
Just Use trigonometry function to find unknown angle, un known travel distance, etc
