Hyssop and Milk Thistle are two amazing additional herbs to use to strength this bath at its maximum. Add some sea salt, Himalayan salt as well. And sometimes I do use some alum if there has been slander or gossip in the mix.

I’m always concerned of if I’m disposing things properly. I usually take it outside of my home but I’m not sure if that’s enough. I put the herbs in empty (new) teabags or use a washingbag, you know the ones you can use for bra's and socks....
