Bork is an OP item on sett, if its not dealing damage, you should definitely ask the shopkeeper for a refund!!

im still practicing against fiora players, but so far W lvl 1 start works good, with boneplating & doran blade. take ignite . and if you fight her , you need to stay within her minios to land a good E Max-half grit W . cuz you can never land a W on her specially a good fiora because of her parry. then you rush BORK and executioner into tabis> stride> sundered and always take your fights between minions. some people suggested eclipse but so far i havent tried it yet.
im also trying revaitlaize + shield bash its super strong atm, it could work vs fiora too!!
