Thank you very much!🙏😊 I do my best, so I really appreciate when my way to work is recognized!🤗 Jepp, the cab needs to be clean! 😅 When staying more hours in that cab than other places in life, I really appreciate a cab free of dirt and dust! Actually, I wanted to take out the rubber floor and vacuum the entire cab on this one, even though I did my best with rags and soap, I could still taste dust when I got shocks in the machine..😝😄 Turns out there must be a layer of dust somewhere in this cab!🤪 I’m really hoping my machine is finished when I return for next shift, it is both cleaner and more awesome to operate!!😅 This one was a bit slower, it didn’t like when I pushed it for maximum flow, and tended to loose some rpms as it felt like stopping a bit through some motions.. Things I tend to be a bit mad about..😂👍
One more question, why is it that most loaders like yours, loads from the front of the mound, there for, it is easy to load a truck in line, this way, you could see the actual side to side load, and by removing this way, the truck bead is clean at the same time.
I have several ways of loading, and I try my best to pick the most efficient way for every situation!😄 I like best to load the trucks from the side, as it gives me the opportunity dump the bucket faster, than if I’m loading the trucks from the rear end.🙃 When the bucket is almost as wide as the trucks, I also tend to spill a lot if I’m rear loading, so I prefer to set the trucks up in a was that gives me as much space to the bucket as possible!🙂 I also focus a lot on swing cycles, and want to keep the trucks as close to the filling point in the pile as possible. The shorter the turns of every pass, the faster I load!🥳 So my ways of loading, is a mix of concern regarding efficiency, safety and convenience due to surroundings.😊

Thank you so much!🙏🤗 Yes, this is a fairly large project, we are building a 200 acres industrial park!😋 We are moving 700 000 cubic meters of solid rock here! As I wrote in the description, these loads goes to two dozers, that build the site! We don’t have any crusher here yet, but I guess a mobile crusher will come during the next month😊 However, the crusher will be loaded directly from a fresh pile by an excavator, trucks hauling from me will only dump at the dozers! Hehe, the beginning of the video is at dusk, the end is at dawn!😄 I started filming just before 08.00 o’clock, and the last load were filmed at 19.58 o’clock! This 390 wasn’t the one I operated regularly, so this machine had been worked in several other kinds of rock by other operators.🙃 So the tracks on this machine, is actually a lot more worn out, than the tracks on my machine, despite lower lifetime hours.😅

What!! A multi million dollars in equipments operation, and you just wait? Well, yours is not the only one because, I have watched hundreds of videos and I can say that 20% are performing efficiently. I mean, 2 to 5 minutes standing idling?
Well, i wish I had more to say sometimes, when it comes to directing resources..🙈😅 If it would have been up to me, I would always have two trucks too many, so I would have something to go on in case of breakdown or an issue with one of the trucks.🤪 However, our fleet management has to plan with a lot of considerations, as efficiency and economy as some.🙃 So some days, I just have to share trucks with other excavators, just because there aren’t enough trucks available at some points.. But I see what you mean, it hurts as much to me sitting there, as it does for you watching.🙈😆
I have worked 3 skift here now, so I have 36 days in total!😊 The other shift is running their 5’th shift now! However, the 390 and 772’s were started after two 352’s and some ADT’s had worked with preparations for roads, blasting and fills! I think the first machine started here in August, and my partner started with the 390 and two 772’s in the beginning of December 🙂 When I came last half of December, our loading team was completed with the 3’rd 772 since then there was space enough to run proper fills! We were supposed to complete the project in August, but management told us that if we keep our production on the level we have had until now, we will be finished in May!😄👍
Well, that remains to find out..😅 There is already some extra to do next to this site, so we have a buffer there! Today I read that the government finally had financed a large airport project up north, that we originally were going to start last year..😅 That project was stopped due to political mess last year, hopefully we can start that project sometime this year! 5 million cubic meters to move in a year up there, so that will be a awesome project with several large loading machines!!
