      Very good question. Yes it will wear over time and need to monitor closely. Alternative is ortho or possibly gold backing?

      Very good question. It will depend on the shape of the tooth and ease. I find building upper easier without affecting aesthetics (unless it's needed)

    Occlusion is not taught often enough in dental schools at least when I was a student
