@35UGA0511 This is actually one of my favorite places to record, the platform is still there, however the NS police have gotten 'less' tolerant of people being out there, same as in Austell, there I used to record from the center of the mains, and now they've made that pretty much off limits...thank you again for the comments! I really appreciate them and the insight into the way things 'used to' be....
@TrainHuntersfans Thank you! Wasn't actually a 'race' like some I've seen here in Mableton. The best are the freights on track 2 with Amtrak coming up beside them on track 1. Amtrak always wins! LOL!
@JgordonAmtrak1 Hey I already got in trouble for going so many times since we moved here! LOL! Yea I got lucky on this one for sure! Thanks again Jeff!
Ha! If you took a stranger to this territory and showed them both those trains, he wouldn't be able to guess what railroad ran this line! Haha! Awesome and lucky shot!
@SaberTanker22 Thanks! This was actually in the evening around 7:45PM
@MrNikmm Indeed! Thanks a lot for the comment!
@GSMR1702 I think i26 was leaving Whittaker heading to Atlanta, perhaps the extra cars from 226 had to go to Alt after they sorted them at Whittaker?
@guitars14 I think it's called Union Santa Southern or something like that! LOL!
Thanks Kyle, always appreciated!
@hallcert They did it last night as well, but it was in Austell on track 1 & 2.
Woah! Races are rare on 2 tracks

@CSXRP Thanks my friend!
@Railfan19960 On NS tracks! Both are NS trains as well, with the foreign power.
@oceano336 Thanks! You should check out the video I have of 361 and Amtrak 20 from this same spot.

suprising how EMD's beat GE's
on i2g, has 7,800 h.p. and 198 has 8,800h.hp.
Is this cheating because the union Pacific train had 4 cars and the BNSF train has 67 cars
I guess it could be. lol. The one with the BNSF leading was already moving faster.
@@GTRailroadVideos okay
@csxketh1 true true! Thanks my friend!
@BNSF650 it's a JVC Everio-S
@UnionPacific6936 Union Pacific wins, and so does EMD! lol! Thanks for the comment also, glad you liked it!
Who's railroad is that anyways? Lol, sweet video!
@NahuntaSubFoamer5115 Yep for sure! UP and BNSF leading! Thanks!
Mableton was so different in 2010.
Yep, can't go over to this location anymore and there are now three tracks through there.
Ha! If you took a stranger to this territory and showed them both those trains, he wouldn't be able to guess what railroad ran this line! Haha!
Awesome and lucky shot!
Ofc the up emd's won they didn't have a full train but nice catch
@DIEHARDRailFan Wait, what railroad is this again, I can't tell by the power...lol just kidding...
UP vs BNSF haha.
G
@Railfan19960 Ha ha! Every ONCE and a while I'll get something like this...yep the EMD's won that time, should every time! LOL!
BNSF vs UP! UP WINS!!!
@o00o00ozy The EMD's won!
