If a person takes away any movable property without the consent of the property holder even though temporarily and with an intention to return it later on, it would amount to theft
hello sir, I have a doubt ....In question 9 the answer can be option C. Because we can't apply our mind in legal reasoning (i suppose). No doubt according to law the answer should be option B, however, no where in the principal it was stated anything about defamation. So, according to principal and statement answer can be C...... Plz provide your valuable opinion. Thanks
yes I have not mentioned in the legal principle about the defamation, but it is a tricky question, because as we all know that right to freedom of speech and expression works until you do not defame anyone, but no one can defame anyone behind the right to freedom of speech and expression.
The principal only talks about freedom of speech then why are you using your own common sense in this question? We all know no one can defame other person but question only talks about freedom of speech and according to this C can be the correct answer!
Although the bank was giving him some commission but bank is not liable for that, understand it from this example, we borrow a taxi, we are giving money for that and the taxi driver hurt a person on road, now do we liable for that? as we have borrowed the taxi and we are paying money for that. Think like that
Sir answer of question no. 6 will be 3rd option....because he was getting commission from the bank for depositing the amount.....please correct me because i read a similar question, commission from bank in universal book CLAT and LL.B.
actually there is no relation between bank and stephen and just because bank giving him some commission does not create any employee-employer relation, so bank would not be liable to pay. there should be some relation to create the liability you will read in vicarious liability under torts.
Sir but in sighals book the same question has the answer that bank is liable becouse stephen was paid by bank and the peaple believe to him on the behalf of bank ...so they had the relation of employee and employer ...explain this pls
@@Indianarmy-tc8pj nahi neet jaruri nahi hai, agar 12th ke bad karna hai to B.A LL.B me admission le sakte ho jo 5 years ki hoti hai. or agar graduation ke bad kafrte ho to LL.B kar sakte ho ye 3 years ka hota hai. kuch universities me entrance eamhota hai or kuch me nahi.
