Work/Life balance is a fallacy if you're trying to play either at a high level. Do you think Tom Brady was baking cupcakes for his daughter's class and doing carpool duty during game season??!! He may be NOW, but he has no game to train for. There's no balance there! You have to decide what you want and realize some things will be left behind.
