For those food mold trays you can freeze individual (usually .5 to 1 cup) portions of food. I live alone, so it's nice to freeze single portions for future meals.

In the food mold you can put soup in to freeze. Then take out to eat whenever
First thing I thought of with the mold was making mochi! And the bigger square molds for 1 serving of sauces of some kind
In the round one, meatballs, small cheese balls, frozen juice ice cubes. In square one, mini meatloafs, broths, herbs, etc. Pretty handy

I have learned the hard way, to check mugs to see if on the bottom if it says" microwave and dishwasher safe". ESPECIALLY if it has any gold on it!
