Talk about Brighton & Hove Albion FC, one of the lowest points of the club history was when they almost got relegated out of the Football League in 1997, it was the final day of League Division 3 which was the 4th tier of English football back then, they needed to get at least a draw against Hereford United to keep themselves in the Football League and they survived by their skin of their teeth.
Also, out of the 20 clubs in the Premier League this season, 7 of them have never been champions of the top division of English football (old First Division/Premier League), Brighton & Hove Albion are one of them.

Nah I don’t, just make sure your coaching system is taken care of, the players are happy & are on the right development plan, its honestly very easy to improve players this year & even easier to hit dynamic potential

To make it bit more realistic, you had to sell at least one key player per season for mere profit and replace them and still try and push for trophies
I think it woulda made it unrealistic tbf man.. with the amount of money we’d of got for them it wouldn’t have been a challenge anymore haha!

Can you try a Sean Dyche-style rebuild?
Maybe take a team from the championship and only sign British players. And play the same 4 4 2 system with hardcore defending and just long balls and crosses. No fancy players. Just old school Dyche's robust players.
