@@whitelotustarot7774 You mean the Kit lens ? If it's that then I won't really recommend it for client work. But if you're really beginning then training your composition and editing should be more interesting. Or if money is not a problem then try to buy zoom lens at the beginning (like tamron 17-70 f2.8) then with enough experience with the camera you can go with prime lenses like sigma 16mm - 30mm or 56mm it depends on you. ✨ But if you're talking about the settings, then yes you can, BUT if you know how to color grade maybe go for HLG2 or HLG3 or SLOG2 for more advanced settings. Hey lovely videos you have made i will say they have definitely convinced me to buy the zv-e10, i have a question surrounding the lenses used, would you say the lens that comes with the camera 16-50 is good enough for cinematic videos? what was your reason to purchase another lens? :)
The reason is simple, Depth Of Field (Background Blur / Bokeh). I think the reason why people hate the kit-lens is that it's not opening wide enough (like f2.8 or F1.8) to have this good bokeh separation, that makes the video look more cinematic depending on the situation. But for me, when I know that I don't need a background blur or bokeh, I'm really happy to use the kit lens. ✨
The kit lens is good but limited, and you can have cinematic video with it but you won't have a good background separation. Which in some cases is not necessary but it's always good to have an F1.8 or F2?8 lens.✨ As I said if you want background blur you have to use faster lenses opening at f1.8 or f2.8.
@@meetpatel5922 This is a very hard topic. Because even me now I constantly change lenses because of the need. But the lenses that I always keep is the tamron 17-70 f2.8. When I first bought my first camera (sony zve10) I bought a bunch of fix lenses but I was so annoyed because every time I want different focal length I had to remove swap lenses and it was lots of extra steps that at the end was a lots of step. But if you are doing filmmaking and do no need to constantly change lenses then this is some prime lenses that I can recommend. First Check out the Sigma Trio. At f1.4 you can’t find better lenses. Then Viltrox lenses. Also good for starting. You can always check on TH-cam which is a better lens but those are my opinion about the subject. Hope it helps ☘️
Actually you can use the shutter speed that you like if you need to expose correctly and don't have ND filter. BUUUUT if you want the cinematic look you have to respect the exposure triangle.
