It's not as cut and dry as people think. Lady D's transformation was not only still insanely strong as it was casually crashing through the tower and causing massive destruction from it's attacks but compared to Heisenberg's its massively more mobile and would be able to move around faster. Keep in mind this is while she was fighting a poison specifically designed to kill her and it ultimately did in the end as it weakened her defenses and was tearing her apart from the inside assisting Ethan. (Note: The poison only make the mutation uncontrollable meaning she could have transformed into it at will and had her invulnerable healing factor as well as far more power) Although not packing as strong a punch then strength of Heisenberg's form is very close but his real helping factor here would be the floating metal and debree he can control and swing around himself to fight her. In this way i feel it evens out and could go either way for each of them.

It's not as cut and dry as people think.
Lady D's transformation was not only still insanely strong as it was casually crashing through the tower and causing massive destruction from it's attacks but compared to Heisenberg's its massively more mobile and would be able to move around faster. Keep in mind this is while she was fighting a poison specifically designed to kill her and it ultimately did in the end as it weakened her defenses and was tearing her apart from the inside assisting Ethan.
(Note: The poison only make the mutation uncontrollable meaning she could have transformed into it at will and had her invulnerable healing factor as well as far more power)
Although not packing as strong a punch then strength of Heisenberg's form is very close but his real helping factor here would be the floating metal and debree he can control and swing around himself to fight her.
In this way i feel it evens out and could go either way for each of them.

I’m definitely more afraid of Heisenberg. I mean, Lady Dimitrescu is just scary because she’s big, but her being big also hinders her movements because everything she does is so slow by comparison to how Ethan moves. Sure, I know her claws deal a lot of damage, but they have to catch you first. If we’re talking about final forms, Lady D is also scarier, but I’d say Heisenberg is still a bigger threat given how, again, he literally controls all metals around you and, in human form, he’s as big as you so he’s also faster.
