+ArtXie I think a big part of it is that when a new champion is released, it has an animated splash. In order to do that (using a program like Spine), they have to paint the character in a very different way. It would be too hard to show the entire process and it wouldn't make a lot of sense to viewers.
Well this splash art is shorter than the others therefore the sped up version seems slower. he knew what he was doing but it takes a lot of time and effort to splash art and you have to make tweeks here and there. over all it was a good piece ;-;
Many artists have directional strokes based on their dominant writing/drawing hand. By flipping the picture, you can create equal strokes in the opposite direction.

though I believe it is not what I meant exactly. I think Taic's Dazzle damage depends on how close he is to the target. I meant that player chooses the range himself by scrolling the mouse wheel, i.e. the range or AoE is not fixed. So you have to balance range/AoE and power of spells yourself.
And yet comediennes like Betty White (who is a badass no doubt yet elderly) and Jane Lynch are among them, and that illustrates what I'm attempting to show. Even adding a few off-the-beaten track females to any video game would not cause there to be less more mainstream attractive ones. Consider them like bonus characters. It's just nice to see a variety, and impressive every time a big business takes the risk to put them out there--especially when they prove popular. That's all.

Bring on the variety! How about a swamp monster, made of toxic sludge... or something akin to Broodmother, perhaps a giant queen wasp? A woman made entirely of gravel? How about a rocket-propelled psychopath wielding magic gauntlets that propels herself at her foes? Or at least a human woman whom looks different. They exist, I swear!

i agree, i think darius needs a little nerf on the ult, but counters doesnt mean its unbalanced, like rock, paper, scissors, its balanced, but like blind pick u need luck, but anyway, if you get countered in LoL ask the jungler to help you, sorry for my bad english
Its an epic song and all, but I really think they need to diversify the soundtrack for these art spotlights. Possibly keep it in the same melody, but have it vary a little bit in a way that relates to the character maybe?

Its because skin spotlights were there to show the classic splashes of the champions and how they are made by one artist. But there are now multiple artists involved in a single art, so they can't capture it in 1 video. :c

know that matches can last up to one hour, so when joining the que assume that you're gonna finish one hour later. That is fully your fault that you got banned. Plus you have to remember that the team you left were most likely pissed and reported you.
they are hiring freelance artists for these arts now, and not every artist like to record their process. even if they are willing to do it, they will most likely charge more. so I imagine it would be tough for Riot to ask all the freelance artists to do this.

Actually, that is not just my opinion of stereotypes, that is the psychological definition of stereotypes; look up "perception" as a psychological term if you wish, it is the most simplest form of association and categorizing. And of course, some people fall into stereotypes just like certain people fall into certain categories. It is close to meaningless... but perhaps you should ask "why not" instead. I don't think its a matter of race.. but rather a matter of, "hey, a black guy would be cool"
Actually sex appeal has served women warriors in the past. Women are naturally more agile then men are. So the less armor they actually wear, just enough to cover vital parts that would mean death if punctured, would make them even faster then males in big bulky armor. The revealing armor can also act as a distraction to some males. While not a necessity for female spellcasters. The lack of armor helps them maneuver easier to avoid melee confrontation, and this one is a dark spellcaster
hey, I have an idea for a new champ's mechanics. what if a player could alter the range/area radius of some spells with a mouse wheel? e.g. you make range shorter but the damage is higher and vice versa. or you reduce the radius but, say, stun lasts longer. or anything like this. pls like this if you think the idea is worth considering. thanks:)
i have an idea for a sport champ his ult is slam dunk similar to rocket just with a stun instead of damage tackle like headbut but no throw back, and slap shot a basic skill shot and his ult is he jumps to someone stuns them gains extra ad and can be activated again for a poewrful cone shot oh and his passive is athletes foot gains movement speed every time he activates and ability
Just try and draw this, with the line art done for you,then you will undertsand how much skills this artist have! coloring a picture ithe hardest in terms of drawing skills :)

Has anyone else noticed that when you do /Dance for Syndra she does the dance from Hoot by SNSD a famous Korean girl group?? I got super excited!

I do, eventually. CS5 is great and CS6 doesn't really add that much to have users switch instantly.
