It does have a type c usb charger behind the armrest for rear passengers and aditional usb plug. I feel you really underrated this car and criticized way too much things that are actually a lot better than you reviewed. The materials really arent as cheap as you explain them. The seat adjusts in height and you can tilt foward or backwards or go straight up or down solving your issue with the steering wheel. A/C is extremely cold and i normally have to raise temps and turn it down and i live in florida. The car handles extremely good and has really good pick up even if AC running full blast. This car is actually underrated by many reviewers. Once you've driven it for longer you'd realize the car is way worth it.
I still love my 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, still seems like new. No problems with the vehicle, and a smooth comfortable ride. Headlights are good at night. I also have a 2009 Eclipse GT coupe, and love the acceleration and braking and handling of the '09 coupe over the eclipse cross, but the eclipse cross is much more grown up. I do like both for different reasons.
I've one and just love it! You feel the quality of mitsubishi for sure. I'm not sure why you said cheap material, dashboard, and front doors are soft materials. 🙄🙄
Glad you like it. We just bought a Mazda CX30. I really wanted to like the Eclipse Cross but both my wife and I find the interior material in general was too cheap (the screen...). I really liked the exterior and the warranty.
More and more people are realizing the Eclipse Cross is a decent vehicle. When taken out of eco mode, it does have decent acceleration. It does not become a racing vehicle, but has no issues getting onto the highway or passing other vehicles on the highway. For local driving, I keep eco mode off. For highway driving, I keep eco mode off when merging and passing, but do keep eco mode on while at highway speeds and not passing, as eco mode does help with fuel economy.
I have a 2020 Outlander sport that I’m considering getting out of for one of these. Test drove 2 just a few days ago. It feels much better than the sport. More features and more refined. Better options to add as well. However, I do agree that the cross needs some updates. Mits really needs to use another software for the infotainment screen and increase its size by at least 2”. It definitely needs more digital readouts in the speedometer as well, but I’d opt for the heads up display package to help out. The engine felt ok for what I need, but on paper it’s hard to make it stack up against other competitors. I think a 15 hp boost and a 3-4 mpg gain would help it out as well. With rebates and incentives you definitely won’t pay MSRP for one so I think they’re not a bad deal. I think it’s highly likely that you can have an SE for under 30K.
The other crossovers that is definitely faster in this segment is the mazda cx5 2.5 turbo. Because it does 0-100 in 6.5 seconds However the fuel economy in the 2.5 cx5 turbo is even worse than the eclipse cross. So you are paying the price for the power increase at the pump You can also go with a rav 4 prime If you manage to even get one , the outlander phev , the outlander phev does 0-100 in about 7.5 seconds or there is a new hybrid cx50 using the rav 4 engine and hybrid powertrain, it's more expensive off course The tucson , sportage, corolla cross are not any faster than the eclipse cross .
@christiantaylor9873and ergonomics. Hyundais, Kias, Subarus, and VWs don’t have enough physical buttons. Even Nissan sadly started adopting that dumb trend
You can tell he hasn't looked at other vehicles in it class. Seems like he is complaining about stupid stuff, especially how much less than it is vs the competitors.

Enough pickup to feel safe and secure? Had an Eclipse in 90’s and loved it!
She runs a lot better on non ethanol 89 gas. You'll even get better gas mileage and feel the difference in power

Love my 2024 Cross. I get a lot of compliments!
Me too
Great video! I’ve liked and subscribed! The short pants and enthusiasm drew me in! Thanks for sharing.

In this category, I'm feeling the 2025 Nissan Kicks wins easily.
Is it better than tuscan
Definitely, especially when it comes to reliability

Mitsubishi 😎💪🏻
drive a manual trans if your looking for a performance,
every AT is like the same,
thats why MT is the best
