About Sri M
Born in India, Sri M is a spiritual guide, social reformer, educator and writer. He first met his Master at the age of nine under the jackfruit tree, in the compound of his house in Thiruvananthapuram in the Indian coastal state of Kerala.
The full account of his astonishing and amazing experiences are published in his memoir from 2011 titled “Apprenticed to a Himalayan Master - A Yogi’s Autobiography“, which became an instant bestseller. He has written a sequel to his autobiography, titled “Sri M - The Journey Continues”, which was released last year.

Sri M says: “Go to the core. Theories are of no use.” His message seeks to transcend the outer-shell of all religions, by exploring their mystical essence and thus nurture the innate goodness in every human being.

It's my first experience idk how to explain tbh when i chanted mantra and did same as guruji said it's something I've never experienced i do meditation and yoga but this time i felt energy surround me i felt hot even my surroundings were cold I've never experienced this calmness ever.

May be it's our karma that we're facing. Deeply interlinked souls do meet in the next incarnations but as of now may God give you the strength to endure. 🌺

How long did they chant the Guru Mantra for? Is it 108 times? What are the mental benefits of doing it?
Development of focus and concentration.
Refining mental capabilities
Way to a healthy life.
Calms the mind and keeps depression at bay.
There are many more benefits.
Main idea of any mantra getting into oneness. Since this is guru mantra, thuis can also be used as a technique for surrendering ourselves in the feet of guru.

You revealing a secret that is hidden in SRF for initiates of yogananda parahamsa but remember babaji initiated many people some became enlightened and some continued in a disciniplinic succession .from Sri yutkteshwar lahari mahasaya parahamsa yogananda there are other offshoots from lahari eg subendra .and yogananda Sri data mata .so each branch has its own rulas disclipline and traditions but this man is abominable this hum sau is the doorway to eternity like a mouse in a computer linking you to log on to internet

This is Impersonalism philosophy! The Impersonalist's believe that everyone is God?! You will note that they NEVER worship Lord Sri Krsna.They have misinterpreted 'so ham' to mean that they are non different from Sri Krsna!!Lord Chaitanya has said that if you listen to the Impersonalist's interpretation of the Vedas then whatever devotion towards Sri Krsna that you have will be destroyed.
