This is just beautiful! I know I'm super late to this video and I have a probably really dumb question...I can't afford yupo, but had heard about the Kirkland photo paper and have some so was super excited to try...so I just dropped a couple random colors, worked great...EXCEPT...the front sticky side was down laying on my silicone and realized part of it was completely stuck down to the silicone :( bits stuck enough that I'm not sure how to remove it.
Obviously I totally did something wrong, just not sure what!!
I could've had some alcohol go off the side so maybe went under (I'm new to this medium, clearly😳) I was using a hair dryer but tried to keep hold of the cool shot button but know I didn't have it cool constantly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I realize I'm just so dumb....so embarrassing. But I have a good bit of this paper and really want to use it for this, but in the right way :)
    Thank you so much!!!

    Hi Chrissy
I am trying to find photo paper that will work with alcohol inks in Australia. Ive tried kodak and Agfa and the ink soaks in on both sides. Can you suggest another brand. I see you use Canon. Could you specify which one. Trying to find a cheap alternative to Yupo, but it is costing me more in photo paper that doesnt work
    Thanks
    Carol

Can we use alcohol inks on glossy surface without using alcohol fluid?

If we don't have alcohol ink then what else can be used as beginners

What is the liquid in the eye dropper? Rubbing alcohol?

hi I have read the information you write about the material you use, but the English Italian translator is not very precise. I kindly asked you if you can confirm me if I can use with the inks the classic photo paper such as hp, glossy, the one that was once used to print eg photos at home, it is quite cheap. also I understand that you use pure isopropyl alcohol, rather than the tim holz preparation that I have ordered for now. I will certainly follow your videos to understand how to use the inks, I hope not to have fun throwing them away, I just spent 110 €! Thank you

😊hi! Yes I think it should work, I used the Canon brand glossy photo paper which you use in a printer also😊 of course you can experiment with other brands of photo paper and even try both sides, but I found the back side (not glossy side) works great! 💕 hope you enjoy and have fun!

thanks, I'm happy because now the photographic paper is cheap. I have a leftover of HP and Fabriano paper. I also have clear sheets for inkjet printers, the ones that are used for slides, with a porous part that attacks the ink and the other part is plain plastic. It might work..
as for isopropolic alcohol, do you use pure commercial alcohol? Bye Ava

@@avadiymakeupecosmeticinatu9053 yes experiment on many surfaces and you will find what works well for you and the effect can be interesting too 😊
I used 100% IPA and I have also used 90% IPA, i got mine from a cleaning supplies store, it's very strong tho, I recommend using face mask with ventilation, like painters mask always 😊💕
