TRIFORCE, SERYLDA GRUDGE, IONIAN GLORY, FROZEN HEART OR RANDUINS OMEN, TAKE GHOST AND EXHAUST or you can just look for a really good bot lane gank and get free double kill and if you are lucky mid or jg might even go there too, you get triple kill and then you are ahead on that dumb range top laner, don't try to get stuck too much on that range top laner, try looking for a roam after you are stacked or after you bought triforce.
