Btw, if one attempts to purchase a DAP better than this beginner-friendly R1, that also comes with bidirectional Bluetooth, what would you recommend? I’ve been looking into the Shanling series, particularly M1s and M1plus as they are also small and compact but not too small like the M0pro. Of course, there’s also R2, R3, and…R4 whose price would be a bit more intimidating. There might be others out there from Fiio and tempotec, which although I’m not as familiar with, I’m all ears to learn about their capabilities. Thanks!

Hmmm I dont have the Aful Explorer so that's a hard answer but with my Monarch MkIII, it has sufficient volume but it wasn't able to fully drive it ie it was lacking a bit of body but thats just from my experience while others may vary

@rnarexperience I guess it's safe to assume it's able to drive the explorer because even the tiny Fiio ja11 can drive it haha
