- In this video I tried beating Terraria but enemies that I kill will drop random items. These drops can be anything from useless building blocks to end game weapons such as the star wrath, it'll all come down to luck. Will I be able to get some good drops and defeat Moon Lord? yo can anyone drop good play through mods like calamity? I’ve beaten calamity twice, polarities mod once, and I just beat thorium now. I see all these play through videos from Adrian, and I’m looking for mods like those.

3:38 you do know that its rarity is above grey and white so it didnt burn you could have still got it but by the time it was dropped and how many other items dropped, it probably despawned

FYI, Lava only destroys white quality items, so the rainbow staff probably despawned at the bottom of that pool just waiting for you

the reason the stardust dragon staff made it so your weapons couldnt always hit is it triggers immunity frames, if it didnt it would be way to overpowered

Doing a run like this would be very easy with good enemy drops as a good weapon could go threw most of the game very easily

Only coins and some blocks burn in lava, the moonlord drop can't burn.

I think this video is great, adds a bit of randomness to an otherwise somewhat predictable outcome. Not that that is bad or anything, it's just a welcome change.
Maybe you could add a bit of a challenge by playing a mediumcore character that drops their inventory each time they die? Or straight up delete your inventory if you really want to challenge yourself? Could be a really fun, hard(?) and unique challenge!
Also, definitely play with Calamity or other mods. It's a lot of fun and adds to the experience.

this is really easy so you should have played it in master hardcore to balance the fact that you probably destroy every enemy with the unforgiveness of small mistakes
Idea for challenge each time you die you have to change your world (don’t use already made worlds for this)
In console version the UFO mount doesnt break when you take damage on it. Neither does any other mount kick you off like it says in the wiki. I can fly forever in circles around the cultist. I still have to use the asphalt for moon lord though

It’s not that the vortex booster is bad, you just don’t know how to use it. Horizontal flight is the very thing it’s good at.
