    Awesome 👏
    Thank you for putting this video together. I thought you ignored me when I asked a question about RAW processing a while ago on Facebook .
    I am looking forward to more examples with RAW editing tips and tricks 👏

    Would it ever be possible for 3D LUT Creator to come out with a fully extended, from start to finish, step by step, every tool and tab explanation... beginners tutorial? I think the tutorials available at the moment are all over the place and they usually jump right into a certain task...
    I find 3D LUT Creator quite difficult since it is very different than to other software that I am used to. A step by step guide from start to finish and using/explaining all tools and possibilities would be very useful
    Thx

    At what point is the gamma curve (for example 2,2) added to the image in this development workflow?

    • @3DLUTCreator-And-Retouch4me
      @3DLUTCreator-And-Retouch4me  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Gamma curve is applied after you choose LogC profile in the Imput Profile drop-down list.

      @@3DLUTCreator-And-Retouch4me I'm just learning all this my self. So The OETF makes the RAW into LogC and then I decide to develop the LogC to sRGB or Rec709 and that's when the gamma curve is applied. I assume my thinking is some what correct now? Thanks for your videos. They are among the best to understand these topics.

    Can't find an option to load linear space image for instance render data :(
    maybe someone knows how to process Linear files?
    It seems "Linear log" in Input log does not means linear data (without gamma correction). Or maybe 3DLUTCreatoe is not support 32bit?

    Is 3DLC compatible with macOS Big Sur?

    • @JooWorks
      @JooWorks 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm using it in Big Sur, no issues. But the Resolve plugin gives you security alert, after getting it you can go to system settings and security and allow the plugin to work.

    I tried to load raw images from my Canon Rebel T7, but every CR2 file that I opened with the program, the entire image turned into this super bright magenta color, what is wrong?

      Ok I figured it out, the libraw.dll that came with the program was too old, I would need to go to the libraw official site to get their latest version to replace the old one. The official site only provide a 64 bit version of the dll so I had to compile a 32 bit from their source code. After that I was able to open the raw files correctly.
