The beauty of Kashmir has never been in doubt, an amazing destination that never disappoints you. Now that, I’m driving my caravan and trying to describe the extraordinary grandeur of Kashmir, my words seems to fail me. To describe the comprehensive grandeur of that view is beyond my power. Rather than going into deeper novelistic lines, allow me to drive you through the splendor destination of Sonmarg.
As the name says ‘Sonmarg’, is derived from ‘sona’ meaning gold and ‘marg’ meaning meadow. For that reason, it is also known as “Meadow of gold”. Comfortably nestled in the lap of the Himalayas, this “meadow of gold” offers everything that an adventure traveler could possibly want. This is an act with lots of thrill that is as much an adventure as it is a discovery.
The 90 km drive from Srinagar to Sonmarg offers one of the spectacular beauty of nature. From the gorgeous peaks to rushing Sindh river, the towering alpine trees and gigantic snow cuddled -capped mountains make you like a Lilliput with no powers.
The bracing climate of Sonmarg and the embracing mountains forms the base for some of the most hardened treks like Krishansar Lake trek, Vishansar Lake trek and many more. Again it is known for its worth-watching path to the sacred Amarnath Caves.
At first glance, it feels like a dreamlike sequence. The meandering road, up in the high Himalayas from Srinagar to Sonmarg seem endless, as our eyes remain transfixed on the beauty of it all. We reached Sonmarg by evening, and the clouds above our heads hung low in a threatening stance. But soon enough it got brighter, and the green around us seemed greener, and the warm sun felt warmer. Far across, you can see the grandiose of the mountains, parts covered in snow, and mostly covered with sublime mist.

In order to have more caravan van in India. I would like to inform that you can buy 3050 force tempo Shell version where there will be no seats, insulators, lights AC etc.. It is naked body and will be 1 to 1.5 lakh cheaper. You can build on your own with less wastage.

Good one...waiting for your next video.... One question... Where do u guys dump the toilet waste? Are there designated places?

Since In india we dont have any designated dumping stations so we have installed two black tanks which gives us flexibilty of 3-4 days...After that we dump it enroute in publuc toilets of Dabha/hotel/Sewage Nallas....we have a laminated pipe which is 25 Mtr long so dumping waste is no issues...will try to show it in some vlog...stay connected friend

Thank you friend for your offer but actually i am not a fabricator/vendor.This is a self built caravan done for private use for family for which Designing & planning was ours and for execution of task we had hired skilled workers like carpenter/electritian/plumber/welder. They did what we said. Certain aftermarket work we got it done from Delhi. I can definetly help you with my advice & vanbuilt experiences...feel free to share our queries. Stay connected

What provision do you have if vehicle breakdown
Dear friend it depends on type of breakdown. Minor repairs can be handled by self & rest Force has good repair & recovery setup in India...So no issues. Warm Regards

Sure Friend. Notwithstanding we have already given complete breakdown of costb in vlog no, for your information Apart from cost of vehicle the conversion cost varies from 8 -14 lac. In our case we have used little costlier imported items so our cost of conversion was from 10 -12 lac. Take care & stay connected

Friend travelling in Caravan/owning a caravan is totally legal as per RTO norms. Caravan are considered as special purpose vehicle for registration. 😃
Can commercial number change to private number if we buy 2 nd hand vehicle
Friend i believe its possible. You have to give a undertaking that you will not use vehicle for commercial use. Please check from your concerned RTO. Take care
