This is a great start for me. Just applied for a new position as Jr SN Developer and I want to be prepared as much as possible when they question me. I feel more confident now that I have something to work with. Our company uses Service Now. I work in SN as a Documentation Specialist and I do a lot of HTLM/CSS when editing documents in our Knowledgebase. I took a couple courses in Javascript and experimented with Automation tools. So your videos are just filling in the blanks. THANK YOU.
Excellent 'gentle' introduction to scripting in ServiceNow. I am coming from a programming background (as far back as COBOL and have 'some' C# under my belt). Took a course 15 years ago that dealt with JavaScript (posted a web site). So, this was an excellent 'start again' for me. We are moving to the ServiceNow platform and I was wondering about the when and when not script. Looking forward to your next videos.

I liked your videos and I brush up my earlier knowledge. What I liked most is using Syntax editor macros which I didn't know. Now I and my team can use these macros easily in a new customized script. Thanks

Read as much you can from Servicenow docs.. try to practice more on scripting part.. if you dont know JavaScript the perform free code academy course.
