I can't move on from this drama. I've been watching other dramas but I keep wanting to go back and rewatch Alchemy of Souls just because I don't think there will ever be a drama I love this much. It's to the point that I even went and bought the OST albums for both seasons just so I could have something physical to keep forever for them. This was an amazing edit.

In part 1 we all witness as Jang Uk struggle painstakingly for 20 episodes to gain power and dang just in one episode he got the ice stone and in part 2 he was like an immortal human being full of power but lost all his motivation to be strong because of the woman he love. Although his master become powerless it paid of because in the end he become the greatest weapon of his master now his wife.
@@venn6099 It might be for any of these reasons: (1) Everyone who caused her the misery that had her to live as Naksu has been dealt with; (2) She doesn't want to take back the identity that killed Jang Uk and is avoiding things that remind her of that part of herself; (3) They have basically beaten all challenges/threats, the remaining creatures that escaped are a cake walk for Jang Uk in terms of power and any gaps in his defense can be better covered by her divine power tha her mage powers; (4) She is basically treating this quest to capture those spirits as an extended honeymoon.

Why? This drama is everything in itself ... this is the one of the best historical drama i have ever seen so far ... i soo want more productions like this
@@sheinisle i think it would be immensely difficult to replicate the world, the loveable characters and the incredibly well-set and well-paced plot of this drama. i recently watched it and it was like a 30 episode feast from beginning to the end. really, after watching this drama everything else falls flat. that's why i think the OP said they simply can't make dramas like this because this one is so unique in itself

It has been a while, where a story gave us such profound messages on Virtue. There always will be Good or Evil, we have to decide which path we will take and follow it no matter what. AoS with its beautiful characters and plot is a good example of that.
Alchemy of Souls will always be one of my favorite KDramas. I've been a Kdrama fan for more or less 15 years now and I have seen probably more than a hundred of Kdramas but Alchemy of Souls left a huge mark on my heart. Naksu and Jang Uk are legendary! ❤️

When the fight scenes start, it's a bomb how great everyone fought. But preferably my girl and my boy 😂 . Absolutely perfect job but you can do this great one of the best videos on the show. I'm still waiting for the last episodes until they've seen it, I think maybe tomorrow will be the first two. That is, if they don't release it all at once. I remember vividly pressing the play button, waiting a week painfully, not sleeping week bc of AOS, the joy it gave me, and the even in new years I was more exited about the episode than the day itself.
