Hey Zara!!!!! so there's this green house effect I've been hearing about, sleeping with damp and oiled hair, is it a safe routine to practice?
The greenhouse effect has been around since the mid-2000s. The technique is that only the ponytail section should be slightly damp and then apply oil. You then put the ponytailed section in a small Bag and then wrap in a scarf. You shouldn't be sleeping on a wet head on a regular basis. This doesn't work for everyone
