I went to Bali for 2 weeks and didn’t get Bali belly! It’s only the water that makes you unwell, so don’t brush your teeth with tap water and don’t get ice in your drinks !! X
I understand your fear of Bali Belly. It was the same for me and my boyfriend. We went to India & Nepal for 10 days and so many people were teasing us about getting Delhi Belly!They were saying you'll definitely it, noone can avoid it etc We were very careful with what we ate and drank. Thankfully, we didn't get it 🎉 Make sure any fresh food you eat, is piping hot. Stay away from smoothies/any drinks that use their water or ice and fresh fruit that they have chopped up in advance. Anything you drink, should be from sealed bottles so they can't be contaminated if you have fruit, buy whole fruits and chop them yourself.
