- This one was released earlier this year. I knew that the live action version of Jin-Roh existed back in 2018 but I never got around to it until around last year. While I can safely say I gave Illang a chance, I still cringe over how I feel it did such an injustice to the 1999 anime classic.

Brothers and me loved the first movie so much we watched the second in Korean where there are no English subtitles
I believe it is on Netflix with English subs and a dub. I got my footage from a Blu-ray from South Korea.
@@DecultureReviews in December when we watched it on Netflix it was only in Korean and had other Asian language subtitles. I will check it out again
Yeah I remember Netflix getting the rights to this one. I hope I am not mistaken. The dub even featured former power ranger and voice actor Johnny Yong Bosch voicing Lim
@@DecultureReviews Netflix removed it on Wednesday this last week. Do you know where I can buy a physical copy with the dub? I have found hard disks with just korean and one disk with English subtitles.
@@jonahkolell Sadly I do not. I had to buy mine from South Korea and sadly it did not have the dub. It only had English subtitles. There could be other places that have it physical or no. I would have loved to have used examples from that Dub as Dubs of live action films are often pretty awkward.
I watched illang whrn it came out without knowing about the originla story and I actually liked it, just saying it's a good movie if you ignore the origin
I love this video. I will watch MORE
Excellent video dude!
Thanks!
