So the man told him very well and took his hood off and was non other then Dr Manhattan him self and he told said now u will have all my powers and abilities and the knowledge how to use them now I bid u farewell.
I propose this story. Orochimaru after the third war traveled after finding out where sage of six path and family lived. It was more of a journey to find out if there were any artifacts or information from the past, but Orochimaru more than he hoped for. He finds Kaguya, Hagoromo and Hamura's DNA. When he returns to Konoha he begins the experiments along with the canon ones. Orochimaru has discovered that they are more powerful DNA, but he doesn't actually know the actual potential. this is how Naruto is created. all other previous cloning attempts have failed because the DNA wasn't powerful enough, but Naruto is a success. The problem is that Hiruzen and Minato have discovered kidnappings and illegal experiments and Orochimaru is forced to leave everything including Naruto. Hiruzen and Minato don't know what to do with Naruto. They don't want to kill him because he's innocent, but he could be dangerous. Leaving him as an Orphan is not a good idea. At this point Minato and Kushina decide to adopt him and so they can also check if there are any problems. Kushina is a few months pregnant and Naruto will be a big brother. Obito attacks, but there are changes. Hiruzen sacrifices himself and when Naruto sees Kushina who is ill he unconsciously uses his powers to heal her. Kyubi's soul was separated and taken by Hiruzen. Naruto and Mito have chakra. In this version it recharges with nature's chakra when they learn to absorb it without harm. Since there is no soul and both have half of the Kyubi's chakra, neither is cast aside or hated. The inhabitants recognize them as heroes. However, there are some problems with the Hyuga. Essentially Naruto is an Otsutsuki with the potential of Kaguya, Hagoromo and Hamura and has their own dojutsu and appearance. So apart from the white skin he looks like a Hyuga, but the DNA proves that he isn't, or not only that. Knowing that the Hyuga would put him in the cadet branch and put him aside because he was an orphan, Minato and Kushina sped up the adoption process. The hyugas are not happy, but the DNA tests go against them. Other than that Naruto lives a great life and is a prodigy of the highest caliber imaginable. Ino is Naruto's main girlfriend. If she is Sai's wife in the canon story it means she wouldn't have a problem with someone with that skin type. You could add Hinata here, but the fact that the Hyuga clan would plot for this wouldn't help in my opinion. Naruto's third girlfriend is Temari. Mito is Shikamaru's wife. Essentially this is a story where Naruto is an Otsutsuki with very high potential and where he is trained and receives the right support from the inhabitants so he is much stronger than the canon one. And that means Obito and Madara are screwed because at that point in the story Naruto is stronger than Kaguya. Naruto has unlocked powers and dojutsu. As far as Sasuke is concerned he isn't really relevant. Hagoromo has no reason to give power to Sasuke if this Naruto is there. Essentially Naruto is part Hagoromo and therefore could give everything to Naruto who actually already has it and it would only be a power up, but Naruto decides to share the power with Mito who is the reincarnation of Ashura. Naruto will have no problem with the Otsutsuki. When they arrive he will already be much stronger. As a last thing to add, Orochimaru tried to convince Narruto to take his side in the chunin exams by saying that he is his creator and technically the father, but Naruto understands that Orochimaru has nothing good in mind and Naruto has everything he wants in Konoha.
