I always found it odd that back in Tekken 3, True Ogre was piss easy, but Ogre was a bitch to defeat. He was fast and brutal

Yep. And then the Tekken Force machinegunned the shit out of Jin, who was finished off by a handgun round to the head (courtesy of Heihachi). Then of course Jin was revived by the Devil Gene, killed the Tekken Force members, before driving his grandfather through the temple wall.
That's why Jin Kazama is a Anti Hero He Doesn't Want Nobody to Interfere or get hurt
