Hello I’m using the jun mizutani zlc old version .. I love to loop the ball on both backhand and forehand. What suitable rubbers can you recommend? Thanks in advance
👍
good video
you are so sweet
thanks for the videos
At 1:48, lower arm and wrist are not always parallel to the ground, it depends. Usually the racket is at the hight of your waistband or the hight of your belly button, which should be near the hight of the TT table.
Watch the arm position in the following video, not parallel to the ground.

Hi YangYang, is that facility the San Diego table tennis association location in Balboa Park? I think I've been there. Greetings and hope to see you one day in there
yangyang...Do you live in Baja California, Mexico?
How to improve consistency on forehand drive?
Can you send me the drill of foot work
Can i play this with any racket
I dont know why my coach let me bend so much on the forehand drive, i dont think is good for the stroke
I love you Yang Yang
Can we get one to one training online
Very beginning in TT.....
Hopefully !! I will be perfect..
Love from India
I also followed this video at the beginning in TT. Only later I found something different.
At 1:48, lower arm and wrist are not always parallel to the ground, it depends. Usually the racket is at the hight of your waistband or the hight of your belly button, which should be near the hight of the TT table.
you are continuously keep on moving and it seems you are continuously jumping on toes. can your please breakdown this movement so that i can practice the same it will help me for quick foot movement. Please help.
Whenever I do my forehand drive, I end up bringing my hand and arm low. This results in me doing a forehand topspin and i go more up and down than back to foreward. Does anyone have any tips for me to change this?
When training place something solid just (a stick, for instance) below the right way your arm should follow when recovering the initial position of the stroke. After hitting the ball, your arm should avoid touching it when moving backwards. Once you get used to the new path, remove the item and focus on repeating the movement you made before.
hello, l personally love ur vdeos...please make some serve techniques and serving variation nxt on ur list...thanks...more power
虽然名字叫攻球 演示和实战时感觉更像一种正手推挡
ok
>keep your lower arm and wrist parallel to the ground
>the angle between your body and your upper arm is about 45 degrees
>the angle between your upper arm and your lower arm is 110 degrees
That's a contradiction
we cant wait to try all of these! am here on youtube trying to look for tutorial for beginners since ill be renting a ping pong table (dont plan on buying a new one just yet)
mygaragerentals.com is one of my choices, so if you have other options i can go with, let me know!
me and my husband cant wait!
People say best way to learn table tennis is learn from the Chinese...
Not great at all. Lots of extra movement and strange angles in this forehand drive.
You hawe sexi woys ♥️🌹
I started playing Table Tennis at work 12/16 and have come to love the sport. I just recently bought my own table for home and have entered my first contest this coming July. My form needs work and your channel is super helpful. Thank you for sharing this information.
Wish you the best~ and you are welcome :)
