Hey, if you talk about star rating or feedback with, your account will be flagged. Experience speaks this time. Because fiverr will tell you onething ( star rating & feedback are subjective )
You can’t prompt the client to leave you x star feedback. But there’s nothing stopping you from asking the client to leave you feedback when they have time. Or asking a client that’s given you bad feedback “why, so you can improve your services”. The only thing you can’t do is ask the client to leave you 5 star feedback etc

Try to adjust the bitrate when exporting the video. Bitrate is way too low.
