Lisa Dierick wire drawers technically have a few processes but I work in a factory with many different wire drawing machines. Let's say your rod or raw steel is 6mm, it will go through acid cleaning or a descaler and cracking unit, then a coating applied (phos). It will then go on the back of the machine, you will point the Steel down so it fits through the die. Put the wire through, dog it up and run it up the machine. At the end of the pack you take it off and strap it up, weight it etc :)
Type of Horizontal, single capstan is suitable for drawing Minimum 4mm only. 6mm to 0.9 requires continues type (Multi Capstan) wire drawing machine. Search on indiamart you will find so many manufacturers.

Sukhvinder Singh it's a piece of shit. No guards to stop you getting hurt, no rotating turn table for easy pay off instead of having someone standing there and also the finished product is on its side when it should run up the block instead of along it ...

kwayssa can it draw it from 6mm to 2mm in one hit? If that's the question then no. If you mean can it draw sizes from 2mm up to 8 then yes
