Mandricardo maybe a 3 star Rider class servant but when you do end up obtaining him at the very start of the game you'll feel that after leveling him up to max and with his NP at level 5 he will always be there with you not as a Servant but always your comrade and dearest friend. That is Something that the Gods of Olympus never understood, True friendship between master and servant.

The thing I liked about him was, that he didnt try to uphold the master-servant-bond. He was just trying to be a good friend. Nothing more, nothing less. And throughout the Lostbelt, he casually drops in and talks with us/Fujimaru, just asking how we are doing and if everything is good, not because he was his master, but because he was his friend. And it was honestly heartbreaking, because if you look at it: Fujimaru never had the chance to make a friend. He had Mash but that bond is special in its own way and not comparable to friendship. All he ever had, were Servants and the people from other lostbelts/singularitys, which he lost after some time, again and again (Which is tragic in its own way). And then there is chaldea staff, but then again, it feels more like a "Work relationship". So yeah, Mandricardo was like the first guy who wanted to be friends with Fujimaru. And thats why, Fujimaru was so surprised about it... because he never was in such a position. And also his deeptalks with Fujimaru, which reminded me a lot to the discussions between Fujimaru and Ereshkigal... God Dammit. Please give Fujimaru a break... he is still so young, almsot still a child...
