      It is grated raw potato. While cooking dosa, potato will boil easily.

      You may prepare kichadi with normal rava added with carrots,beans, potatoes,etc... instead of readymade Idli mix you can prepare your own idli batter
      🥣 In a mixing bowl :
      Rava - 1/4 cup
      Curd - 1 tbsp
      Some finely chopped veggies like (Carrots,beans,peas,potatoes )
      Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
      Pepper - 2 ( crushed )
      Cumin seeds - 1 pinch
      Salt as needed
      Mix with enough water
      Allow to soak for 15 minutes
      Now prepare your idli's
      You may get 2 to 3 small sized idli's
      That is enough for one serving....

      It's an instant homemade preparation while we didn't have idli batter. It has limited fiber, carbs and nutrients from greens, so it's an balanced breakfast for kids above 24 + months... 👍

      Homemade foods are always better for baby's..... all ready to cook items have some chemical preservatives, so that is not recommended for babies. You may use once in a while situations ....
