Mate, thank you so much. Not gunna lie, i’ve been driving for 5 years and the trucks are used way before i have to change the time myself so i never got around to doing it myself. A driver tried to VOR a unit because the time was wrong and he got laughed at and told that he needs to do it himself. So i did not want to be in that position 😂

Scania trucks do it automatically every time I get in a DAF the local time is wrong. Great help thanks but only changes time in 30 mins segments clock is still 5 mins slow any ideas please.

They go up in blocks of 30 I think. Maybe some move in 15 minutes but you can't change the individual minutes as far as I'm aware.

I believe you can only alter them by 1 minute per week. I've never had to do that. Usually taken care of during calibration.

I have a question please, wonder if you may be able to help - not for tachogragh, but I don’t seem to be able to put the cruise control to the normal 56 mph, Actros (mirror cam one) will only go till 51. Is there way around it.

The company may have it limited to that.
If not, on end of exhaust brake is a button, push that see if eco mode comes off.
Usually Actros in eco mode will achieve 52.8 max on cruise. If yours is only 51, then chances are the company has it specifically limited to 51 for economy.

The tachograph operates in UTC. The time doesn't change on the printouts. The clock change is just for you really. All you need to is adjust one hour forward when looking at print outs for "local time".
