This is a great instrument to port over to Soundpaint. It's already gorgeous in Kontakt; but it is perfect for the creative interconnections facilitated by Soundpaint.
You guys were ahead of the curve on this one. But... I remember when I first discovered 8dio years and years ago. Calling this an alien drum mistakenly caused me to believe that it was some sort of synth and so I skipped it for a long time. Only recently did I realize this was the coveted hang drum / handpan. I guess I should become a better reader ;)
The original makers of the drum prefer to keep the name proprietary to the physical units they make, which we 100% wanna respect. Each drum is a piece of art.
