Unleaded gasoline was $2.98/gallon at the Sam's Club in Normal, IL on Black Friday. I shopped at Sam's Club after lunch, and the checkouts weren't nearly as busy as I had feared; I was able to find a staffed checkout with no waiting in line! My cart wasn't as full as usual, either, because I (mostly) didn't attempt to buy groceries this trip.
