Wow ....It was tough but still, I enjoyed it. I did everything according to my capacity this time. Adhomukha Svanasana is so much fun. I loved doing it so many times and with the wall it goes near perfect. What a pleasant surprise that you know about Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan!! I plan to start my training in July. Till then I really want to improve my hip and leg opening. Yesterday I completed Module 1 practice too. I'm able to keep a straight back in Sarvangasana now.'Thank You Cat for your support. That means so much to me!!

It was challenging but manage to complete it, thanks for such a vibrant sequences Cat! Enjoyed it. It was quite tough to do eka pada sirsasana and sarvangasana due to my sacroiliitis pain but i tried as much as i can, Cat. Do u let me know if you know any other way to work on it Cat. Otherwise it was a great practice as usual 🙏 Namaste and much love ❤️
Good Morning Hana! Congratulations for your impressive efforts! As for the eka pada - having a chair for the feet is very helpful. This way the descending leg meets the seat of the chair; giving support, height and something to push into for greater lift = a healthier access to the pose with less pressure.
