If i configured TP link router as dynamic and ONT in route mode it will shows another router on your network and it will cause Double NAT issues. But internet is working. Is possible to configure ONT in Bridge mode and router in PPPOE? how to configure. Kindly please explain.

Is really acs tr069 need.? If not what problem we will face. And I have another doubt Is I need to unbind the ONT MAC addresses and bind router MAC address in bsnl dscm portal..?
Right now not possible in BSNL sir. Because Nowadays ONT Mac registered with BSNL. So one user connected in One ONT only. But you can configure 2 internet in single ONT sir.

You can configure ONT in bridge mode then configure your router in pppoe mode with username password then check
