Mai, if your kids love hummos then you have your calcium covered. A tbsp of tahini which is an ingredient in hummos has enough calcium for even adults so if your kids at least eat hummos ur ok with consumption of calcium
Melatonin eventually makes me feel depressed and panicky if I take it for more than a day or two. I think it depends on your chemistry. I have same problem with Benadryl. I find Red Raspberry Leaf Tea most helpful, am taking for pregnancy but realized it also knocks me out!

Found many pieces we needed when we re-settled into a house (after traveling for 10+ years in a motorhome) at a local estate liquidator store. Three pieces for the bedroom was $250 & two for the living room was $200 & the dining room was $150. And these were name brands from our in the eastern states - better quality than what you can buy today.
Our Costco has better than bouillon in large tubs that you just combine with hot water to make instant stock. It's great for soups and sauces. We use it all the time and it would take up less room in your pantry than the stock!
Love your videos! We switched our kitchen sink to one of tub a year ago and it’s worth every penny! That’s a really good price because the whole faucet set up would probably be close to that on its own
When I compared the price per diaper for Huggies vs. Costco with the sale, Huggies was still more expensive even at $10 off. The package of Costco is a little bigger - so we stuck with our tried and true Kirkland diapers 😊

We just ordered a ninja foodi cookbook off Amazon to really take it for a spin. We got ours around Black Friday for $150 which was $100 cheaper than target!
You mentioned your powdered laundry detergent was almost out and you might have trouble buying it have you considered using earthbreeze? You get 30 sheets in a package which is biodegradable, each sheet is to wash loads and less the clothes are really dirty then you need to use one sheet per load but I had them on a three-month reorder and they were $12 each time. Something to consider if you want to stay with free products, best of luck to you.

I once broke both wrists and they gave me morphine after the first surgery, it didn’t do much for the pain and I burned through it in a quarter of the time. Still remember my mom trying to cover me with a blanket and I kicking it off because it felt like it was burning me. For the second surgery, I woke up in the middle of it, ended up seeing my open wrist and everything. Percocet for me is like a tic tac. (At least I have a high pain tolerance). But the irony of it all is that coffee makes me sleepy most of the time. 😂
But melatonin is produced by the body so why does it cause panic attacks? I have anxiety disorder and it didn’t cause issues with me. I’m not arguing or being snarky I’m genuinely wondering how that works. Maybe it’s the way melatonin in pill form is made idk but I have a kid with anxiety and she’s been having issues sleeping. I want to figure it out before I give her some!
@Inge Sexton The human body is a mystery. We can all have different reactions to things. Excess melatonin in some people causes drowsiness, in others, worsening anxiety. I'm not a doctor, just relating the things the doctor told us.

I think about your poop and beat juice incident frequently in life right now because my almost 2 year old who is in a removing his diaper phase also struggles drinking plain water so we do a lot water enhancers that can sometimes be very bright red. We've had pee and poop on the ground and furniture but nothing in our mouths hahaha
What happen when you see the kohler all in one sink kit at costco, then you go to rich boyfriend house and he has the sink and tell you how much it cost like thousands of dollars and then he introduces you to the alleged plumber what do you do he says he shops at costco too
Your response to melatonin sounds like the paradoxical effect. It’s where meds have the opposite effect of their intended purpose. It’s why I can’t take pain medication! Doesn’t help pain much and makes me alert and extremely agitated.
Not sure about that model but the t 6.5 s is great and is a more cost effective model. It goes up to 10 percent incline and is ifit compatible. Hope that helps.
