some adhd youtube channel are doing that to catch the attention of the 12 year olds watching because otherwise their concentration is gone in the first 5 seconds. But Rekkles channel has a completly other community that just wants a relaxing and high level atmosphere, so i 100% agree with you here.

I don't understand, when do you take Alacrity vs Bloodline, and same with Overheal and Triumph?
A little late but Alacrity vs Bloodline is whether or not you feel like you will win lane phase. If think you will win the 2v2 fights then Alacrity will help with the damage output. Bloodline is for when you are just trying to survive and keep you in lane if you get poked (you shouldn't be committing to a 2v2 to the death in lane phase if brought bloodline). Alacrity is usually better in most cases because unless you hate your support matchup, because Draven is the only adc that can fight you pre 6 (Vayne ult is scary, but Vayne and Draven are the only real threats in lane phase). That being said if your support match is really bad then you overall lane might need to be passive (ex. lucain/alistar vs. jhin/zyra. You and ali are not going to have good time).
Overheal and Triumph have similar roles to Alacrity and Bloodline. Triumph only helps after a kill, thus meaning that unless you can kill your enemy laners its useless. That means that taking Triumph is a signal to yourself that you are expecting to win lane. Overheal is the more defensive option. However, there is an interesting execption to this rule of thumb on Overheal and Triumph. Overheal doesn't require the healing to come from you. That means that healing supports can also Overheal you. Even if you plan on being aggressive if you have a Soraka/Nami then you stay may want to consider Overheal, because of the additional synergy.
The choice between Alacrity vs Bloodline and Overheal vs Triumph largely come down to whether or not you think you can win a straight up 2v2. Nobody is ever going to tell you off for bringing the aggressive option, because its better to plan for success rather than failure. However, I believe its also important to manage your realistic expectations of how your lane phase is likely to go. There are other things to keep in mind beyond just offense vs defense. Depending on your team composition you may find that late game may be your strength like if you have kayle/nasus (in that case Bloodline and Overheal are good) or you may find that you can't afford to let the game go past 30 minutes like when the enemy has Vlad/Jinx (alacrity/triumph are needed).
Sorry for both the late response and the long message. I prefer to give as much information as I can with in reason. I just want to stress the importance of making conscious decisions rather than going on autopilot. You will find more success when you ask yourself why you chose one thing over another rather than just automatically doing it.

You can rebind your attack move button if you are interested in doing so. I personally turned on the setting that binds attack move on left click (I have to shift+left click for shopping). I use both the left and right click button frequently for movement and attacks. Doublelift is well known for taking the rebinding of attack move to the extreme. He bound attack move to rightclick.
