For those who said Infinity Nikki copied Genshin, you’re kinda wrong actually. Genshin is purely centered around fighting monsters but for Nikki, it’s more to crafting different outfits and styling duel. Fighting estlings are just a part of the game but not the main part. Plus, you can just one shot the majority of the estlings, no build whatsoever like how Genshin is. Yes, this is an open world like Genshin but let me remind you, Genshin is NOT the first open world. And Nikki’s gameplay is more like Mario if I would say, collecting blings throughout the world and you can’t even climb, just glide using different outfits. And Nikki is not a self-insert character like how Genshin protagonists are. Hence why we cannot choose her gender. And one of the BOTW creator is one of the person who made this game, and Genshin is heavily inspired by BOTW, so…get it? Oh and, Nikki is a relaxing feel good game. It’s chill.

Between the dark fantasy of PoE2 and the dystopian hell that is STALKER 2, this adorable girly game has pulled me back from the despair of nihilism. It's ok to dress up as a cute girl sometimes, guys.
This game is so good. I am loving it. Never have any feeling this comfy and chill in any open world game. I don't have any urgency to do anything. Just explore, taking picture and doing all the stuff for insight is enough to keep me entertain.
Go you, yeah it's great honestly and a nice break from so many games that take themselves too seriously. I can already feel the addictive mechanics though, it gets you with some very subtle hooks and then quickly steals your time. If it's aimed at children too then that's a little concerning but as for the gacha elements they aren't as in your face as some games. I think with any kind of online game especially free 2 play you just have to exercise personal responsibility and know when to log out and get on with the rest of your day. More power to any guys who are trying it out too, games are meant to be played regardless of gender.
this game fills the part of me that misses playing botw for the first time. NIKKI rewards people's curiosity (if i go to a dark corner or area where a chest might be, there actually IS a chest. and there are also hidden areas/chests that actually require you to explore the map and not just follow the path in plain sight), and some of the puzzles/mini games does require a few more braincells to complete than just brain dead gameplays like your usual gacha games.

It's mobile game UI and I doubt Genshin was the first to come up with it. Especially since Hoyo has a history of plagiarism. They recently plagiarized Onmyoji for the Sunday trailer in HSR.

There's been multiple times I've seen gameplay clips of some new gacha game and thought it was from Genshin. It also doesn't help that their gameplay is often similar as well.

if you have the money to pay for a device that gives you the luxury of watching videos like this, you don't have to try much harder to save money for the things you want in life. Just start putting money away, it doesn't matter how much. Even if some weeks you can only afford to put a small amount away it'll always be more than not doing it. If the game isn't that bad looking, then why would you suggest you need to spend so much on either a PS5 Pro or Nvidia 4080 to play it? Are you suggesting the game only looks that good when its running on that high level of hardware, and that it suddenly looks bad on anything less? If you don't have a PS5 or PC, I believe the cheapest option would be a used PS5, but if you haven't figured that out yet, then surely you've missed out on a lot of potentially good gaming experiences due to excuses like yours. Its just sad to assume your way of thinking has held you back while there's plenty of people going on ahead of you to play whatever they feel like, and proof of that is in how surely no game company ever expects their customers to run their game on only the highest hardware available, which is why games are released with a variety platforms and services to get into them. We're all here to support each other, so I hope you can see it that way.
