Allowing us to find entertainment by way of most media outlets, including podcasts, comics and most notably, video games.
But some of you veteran visitors of The Nowhere may recall that back in 2017, there were whispers of a possible Little Nightmares Movie / TV Series...
In this video, we will explore not only the possibility of a Little Nightmares movie, but also consider what style of movie we can expect to see should they decide to bring our little heroes to the big screen

Yo. Random question to everyone. Have you ever seen little nightmares characters in your actual dreams? I haven't in a while but I think I've seen almost every monster. What's cool is that I was in a child POV and most of them would just be a twisted version of actual places I've been in. I guess most people would consider these nightmares but every time I woke up from those I was so satisfied.
I've seen the hunter and mono before but for some reason didn't recognise them as little nightmares characters!

Hi i have a theory for the circus chapter in little nightmares 3 just as you walk outside (in the circus) you hear a honk there is a clown he tries to trick low with sweets you resist and walk the other way you hear another honk just before you can escape through a mirror the clown in an clown car comes crashing in the mirror leaving it in peaces and gives chase. Sorry if my english was bad i am dutch

I believe the Russo brothers were also attached to the Little Nightmares show (which WAS supposed to be a show). But I'm not sure if they've ever talked about it or if their involvement was ever confirmed.
Edit: I actually think live action could work really well, especially if they blend practical and digital effects for both sets and creatures. Animation would be a far easier and more sensible medium for Little Nightmares to be adapted in, but a talented group of filmmakers could make a good looking live action film.
Edit 2: To add to the possibility of doing live action, I want to point to The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. Both film series had various sets built to scale with the characters the actors are playing, so that they could film a scene multiple times and blend the different takes together and make it look as if it was all the same take.

Before watching the video, I like to say that Little Nightmares would best work as a series with a cross-over of real life and animation(as in 3d, not 2d). Although it would be nice to have a movie. Anyways, the animation would be inspired by stop-motion, and It will also have a screen effect of the 30s-80s era (static, with color filters). The show would would actually follow a cast of children instead of 1 or 2, but they would get introduced through every one or two episodes. It would first start with a Native boy, breaking out of a prison throughout the episode. Towards the end, when he finally made it to a high enough level of the prison, he would break out of a vent, seeing a Gothic bridge as tall as a skyscraper. It turns out the prison was apart of one of the long gates of the bridge (I forgot what you call those long gate things that are to the sides of a bridge) and he was just climbing up that long thing apart of the gate the whole time. He scales some wire to get to the other side of the gate, leading to another building apart of the bridge.( If you're still confused of the bridge's layout, just search "Arkham origins bridge" and you'll know what I'm talking about (That bridge was actually where I got the inspiration)) Anyways he meets 2 other characters, both girls, they escape though a train (it's one of those fictional trains that hang by a electrical rail), another episode later they met a boy with hair covering his face (you're average little nightmares kid) than they all meet this blonde kid another episode later who actually serves as a antagonist to certain characters in the group. 2 episodes later, they meet twins. Their fair skin, one a girl, one a boy. And at the season finally, they all basically stumble across this mansion. Because of the downpour of rain, they sneak inside. While they're inside, they get frightened by this tall, skinny, crippled, middle-aged man. But it turns out he's friendly and invites them in for dinner. Only two children are skeptical about the man. The Native boy and a Blonde girl. The man notices this, so he doesn't give them the food, due to them not eating. He sends the girl to a different room and tells the boy to wait for him in a basement. After a lengthy scene on the dinner table (almost a moment of calmness), all the remaining children get poison, leading to them getting knocked out. While he's putting them in a room, the blonde girl from beforehand finds a way to escape her room through a broken floorboard. The Native boy, on the other hand, can't escape the basement. The girl finds a room with labels, photos of the human anatomy, and animal anatomys as well. It almost appears, as if the Man is a surgeon. It turns out the Man walks in. They both noticed each other, but the Man just said, "You don't have to find me untrustworthy, even if i should find you untrustworthy, speaking you broke in here." "I'm sorry." said the girl. "You're forgiven." the man replied. The girl questions the man, "How is everyone?" In a purposely oblivious tone...and the man replied."Oh, they're still feasting on my finest and final dish." She then asked "Well what's all of this?" Referring to the room. "This is why i can afford this place. This is my career, I'm a scientist." The man said. "But now I must go and see what the children are doing, bye now." He then locks the door as he leaves the room. (If I proceeded to explain each episode, let alone a season this lengthy, this might as well be a novel, so I'm going to cut it short) The man goes to the basement to meet the native boy, he tells him thet wants show him something, they go into another room in the basement. The room is the size of a warehouse, with other mini rooms within, as well as sections for machines. It's like a semi industrial/laboratory. They go into a laboratory area. The man is then teaching the boy of the equipment, while the boy is distracted, he injects him with a syringe. The boy wakes up on a table. He can't move. The man says how he is going to experiment on him as a test subject on a theory he has. He starts injecting the boy with some type of chemical, and just when he is about to perform surgery, the girl from beforehand jumps on the Man's neck, injects him with a small, used syringe, that she found while sneaking into the basement, and she falls off the Man. A semi fight breaks out, but it's more like hide and seek in the big room (kinda like the six boss fight / lady boss fight). Soon enough, the man fell into a machine, crippling his legs, and that's how the craftsmen got his wheelchair.(Yep, the entire time that was the craftsman, and this was a semi origin story for him) Anyways, the girl abd boy frees the other children, they all escape, and that's the first season. I'm not explaining the other 2 seasons because that will take too long. But I can say that the Native kid goes through insane arks, and 90% of the children die in the 2nd season. If I explained JUST the end of the final season, you'll be extremely confused. To wrap this up, I said there should be live action as well. Well, at the end of the first and last episodes of each season, that would appear. It would be as close to real life as possible to keep everything realistic. It would have the audio, effect, and color of a 50s movie, even if it takes place in the 40s or 30s, etc. The main character would be about a scientist trying to discover another world (Aka, Nowhere) (and just to be clear, he doesn't know about it yet, nor how it works) Unironically it will have nothing to do with little nightmares, atleast NONE of the stories. It would be VERY sci-fi and VERY inspired by the Twightlight Zone. Each time the live action appears, it would be 5-10 minutes long. One thing that scientist would discover is that Black Holes is a wormhole that leads to another dimension. (Or a white hole, I haven't decided yet), but yeah, that's my idea for a little nightmares show. Anyways bye.

I’m not sure how a film for little nightmares could play out. But a series could work out well. There’s a video game called Sky: Children of the Light in which is basically a story based kinda game about making friends and stuff; it’s very animated-y and has little to no dialogue at all. They’re getting their own series adaptation soon, in which keeps the exact artsrtle by keeping it 3D animated, and giving it a few visual buffs, and stays true to it by not including dialogue. Little Nightmares could very easily do something similar.
Maybe they could have different characters for each season, or something, to mix it up and keep it interesting. I think it miiiight be better to drop the stop motion and just animate it in CGI instead, as stop motion takes so long and is so expensive.
this is too good not to make into a film of some kind, little nightmares would look weird in live action though so I defo think anime is the way to go, or stop motion like coraline
I'm writing a script for one. I planned on having produced by Universal and made by Laika.
My ideas are that everything is stopmotion. But the kids are live acting.
