Hey, I think the internal muffler should go on the other side, probably when you swapped the head you put the muffler on the wrong side!
I saw a pioneer on ebay for cheap and found your video while looking for a demo. Didn't realize it only has 6 lugs!

Yeah.. the muffle felt is upside down, I own the same snare. Take the head off and rotate it.
