Yes, you can add multiple tables in the same SSIS control task. Try it out !
How is Data Profiling done in Oracle environment ?
There are 3rd party tools like Trifecta & Trillium, that can help with that.

SSIS is old and difficult to use. It is not friendly. It is just like a dinosaur
I agree. But folks from .NET & Visual Studio background seem to feel at home using it. I personally like Talend a lot more.
